Miniature musical instruments
Objective: Promote language comprehension
Material: Musical instruments from Toob*, basket, paper, musical instrument drawings or photos, laminator*, scissors
Preparation: Pictures or drawings are made to match the 8 musical instruments and printed on paper. These are then cut out and laminated to last longer. The instruments are placed in a basket and placed on a tray along with the cards.
Execution: The child spreads the cards out in front of him. He/she takes one musical instrument at a time from the basket, names it and places it on the matching card. When all instruments have been matched, everything is put back.
